They are conveniently located in the Bergen County NJ and are there when you need them. They have come to the rescue several times.
For example, Saturday, my hot water heater went out. As a result, my family was not able to use the hot water. Even though it was the weekend, they came within 30 minutes. They evaluate the situation and had to put a new hot water heater in. I figured that they would come back during the week but Fred told me he could install the unit same day. Within a couple of hours we had hot water once again.
